Try this solution

Make Sure Heater is Plugged In

Refer to the following information for possible causes to diagnose a ProFlex or Experience whirlpool heater that is not working or the water in the whirlpool does not stay hot for long enough or cools too quickly.

Note: This troubleshooting information does not cover SoK, Riverbath or BodySpa products.

Ensure that the whirlpool is a Kohler whirlpool by locating the model number and serial number located on the motor / pump assembly. Refer to "Identifying Your Bath or Whirlpool Model" for additional information.

Heater is Not Plugged In

Identify the Issue - ProFlex Whirlpools

  • During installation, plugs may become disconnected or a power outlet was not available or installed.

  • Whirlpools without a heater have only one motor / pump plug-in connector. Whirlpools with a heater have two plug-in connectors.

  • If the motor / pump is running and water is circulating through the system, the red light in the heater control box will be on. If it is not on, the heater is not plugged in.

Identify the Issue - Experience Whirlpools

  • During installation, plugs may become disconnected or a power outlet was not available or installed.

  • All Experience whirlpools have a motor / pump plug-in connector and a heater plug-in connector. There are two plug-in connectors. Ensure both are plugged into the controller.
