Whirlpool Jets Not Turning On

Adjust Whirlpool Jets
The following troubleshooting applies to whirlpool jets used on all Proflex and Experience Whirlpools that are not turning on.
Caution: Verify that this is a Kohler product. The whirlpool will have a model number and serial number located on or near the motor or pump assembly. Refer to "Identifying Your Bath or Whirlpool Model" for additional assistance in locating the model number.
Probable Cause for Whirlpool Jets Not Turning On:
Kohler whirlpool jets are adjustable.
By rotating the outside ring of the jet, they can be turned on or off.
Refer to the Installation Guide or Homeowner's Guide for your model for further instruction.
If still not working properly, replace the jet trim and inside o-ring.
