Overview

The Stillness®, Purist®, and Margaux® floor-mount bath filler faucets include a diverter, which contains a hex hole to enable removal for servicing. Refer to the steps below to remove the diverter from the faucet body.
 

Remove the Diverter

• Disconnect the handshower hose from the diverter.
  Note: You do not need to pull down on the diverter while unthreading it from the faucet body.

• Using a 12 mm hex socket and wrench, loosen the diverter counterclockwise.

• Remove the diverter.
