The Kohler Fairfax kitchen faucets, models K-12171, K-12172, K-12173, K-12175 and K-12176, have used two different styles of aerators over the years. Please refer to the following information to determine the correct aerator for your faucet.
 

Before 2001

Part Number 78250-**

• Available in CP (polished chrome) or VF (polished brass) finishes.

• 2.2 gpm

• 3/4" - 27 thread pattern
   

After 2001

Part Number 79402-**

• Available in CP (polished chrome), BN (brushed nickle), BX (brazen bronze), G (brushed chrome), and VF (polished brass) finishes.

• 2.2 gpm

• 13/16" - 27 thread pattern
