Problem with AC Adapters for Touchless Faucets

Try this solution

Make sure you are using the required AC Adapter and an unswitched outlet

IMPORTANT! Do not use a switch-controlled outlet (typically used for garbage disposals) to provide power to the faucet.

Provide a constant unswitched 120 VAC electrical outlet located within 4’ (1.2 m) of the control box (optional).

  • The Beckon® and Sensate® touchless faucets are supplied with AC power adapters.

  • Verify that the AC power cord is plugged into an unswitched outlet.
