Vinnata or Clairette Sprayhead Falling Down

Make sure the pull-out hose weight is properly placed
The Vinnata K-690 and K-691 and the Clairette K-692 feature a pull-down sprayhead. The sprayhead retracts and seats back into place with the assistance of a weight attached under the sink to the pull-out hose.
If the sprayhead is not seating back into the spout, it could be caused by improper placement of the pull-out hose weight. The weight should be zip-tied two to three inches above the lowest point of the hose.
