Random/Ghost/Phantom Flushing (Touchless Flush Toilet)
Try this solution
Make sure the refill hose is inserted as far as possible into the flush valve. Reposition the hose to minimize splashing
Random/Ghost/Phantom flushing applies if a flush occurs that was not user-actuated or the unit flushed with no external actuation.
Possible Cause: Water from the flush valve splashes on the Touchless Module and/or the underside of the tank lid when the toilet is refilling.
