Sensor Does Not Actuate Touchless Flush (Touchless Flush Toilet)
Try this solution
Make sure module is 1" (25 mm) to 2" (51 mm) above the tank lid
Raise the module up, one notch at a time, and test the sensor with the tank lid in place. Repeat until the sensor range is 1" (25 mm) to 2" (51 mm) above the tank lid.
Possible Cause: The Touchless Module is installed too low.
